Anil Kochhar has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry working as an actuary for insurance brokers, national insurance carriers, and physician provider groups.

As the Managing Director for RAM Health Consulting, his client work focuses on several key areas:

• Strategic Planning

• IBNR Reserves

• Flex Pricing

• Trend Analysis

• Rate development for healthcare products

• Public Sector support

• Vendor and Labor rate negotiation

Anil has worked with a variety of clients, including the City and County of San Francisco, with the main goal of supporting the healthcare needs of the people served by the public sector. His current goal is to make sure that everyone, especially the senior population, has access to the healthcare services that they need.

Anil holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. He is a member of the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.

When he is not working, Anil enjoys swimming and spending time with his family. He has three kids and four grandkids, and his wife is the love of his life.
