Born and raised in the Bay Area, Rachel is invested in helping diverse communities not just survive but thrive. She has over 6 years of program management, coordination and evaluation. Rachel has worked in a variety of sectors including nonprofits, philanthropy, public health and healthcare. She understands how different sectors are connected and can work together. Her consulting focus in on operational structures, funding portfolio diversity and understanding the resources that an organization has. 

Rachel holds a BS in Human Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz and a Masters in Public Health with a focus in Health Promotion, Education, and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. 

In her free time, Rachel enjoys sharing a meal with friends and going to the beach.
